This version will include all the DLC that has been released for the game. This includes Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn. It is a way to reduce costs if you are buying the game and have not yet gotten the DLC.
It will be available for purchase June, 6 2013 and is currently available for pre-order at Gamestop for Xbox 360 and PS3 though a PC version has been advertised I have not found it on Gamestop's website or on Steam for pre-order yet.
Skyrim has been the biggest and greatest game ever created. TI has been the highlight of the gaming world ever since it was announced. I can't wait to see what the elder scroll series people will think of next.
