Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag

Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag will take the series, once again, in a new direction.
It is the newest in the series and is set for release in Fall 2013.
The game follows Edward Kenway, the grandfather of Assassin's Creed III protagonist Connor Kenway. He is a notorious pirate captain and a master assassin of the Brotherhood.
The game will keep the ship minigame from AC III. However, it wont be just a minigame it will be the main method of transportation as the game is set in the Caribbean.
The controls and the mechanics will remain the same overall, but they will be streamlined and revamped to ensure they are smooth and easy to use.
The game will feature the majority of the in game world as one open world with the larger islands and ports as loading areas to reduce strain on consoles.
The game promises to be great; though, some die hard fans are not happy with the way the series has been changing the focus of the gameplay so drastically and causing it to stumble with some of the newer releases.
I personally cannot wait to see how they do with this new installment and have already pre-ordered it in anticipation.

Watch Dogs

Watch Dogs is a game that is being created by Ubisoft and is planned for a late 2013 release.
The game follows the antihero Aiden Pearce who is a hacker and is one of the only people that can hack into the cTOS program that runs the city.
During gameplay you can interact with the cTOS to gain information about people around you, hack bank accounts, and even find threats before they affect you.
Much of the game is still a mystery at this point. Though Ubisoft has released that there will be a multiplayer component to the game they have yet to explain much about it. We also know that random event that happen in the city can become seemingly full fledged missions if followed through to the end.
This game has a lot of mystery both in its release and in the game itself and I can not wait to try it out.

Destiny

Destiny is the newest game created by the legendary company behind the Halo series.
Bungie has said goodbye to Halo and has looked on at its destiny with this new and ambitious game series.
The game will feature an open world with an always-on system to allow players to experience the game in real-time. This means that even when you log out the game world continues to grow and evolve without you and when you sign back in you find new players and events.
The game will be available on Xbox 360 and PS3 though at this time I am not sure if it will be available on PC though personally I hope it will.
The game will have a single world for all players on each platform respectively. Meaning that every player on Xbox 360 will be playing together and the same for PS3. However, the platforms will not be able to connect to each other.
The game is currently announced for release in late 2013 and is also claiming to then be available on the next generation consoles as well.
